Health care will be provided to all patients irrespective of nationality, religion, age, physical or mental condition.

Take care of privacy at all times and deal with medical examinations and consultations in strict confidentiality.

Know who is providing you with health care, stay informed of your health condition, and plan for treatment and diagnosis.

Translators will be available when needed.

Handling the medical file with complete confidentiality.

The patient has the right to refuse treatment or leave the hospital before completing the treatment plan and the doctor will inform him of the risks that may result from his decisions.

The patient has the right to request the assistance of the social worker or the alternating director to explain what he does not understand about the services available in the hospital, including admission procedures.
