
- To spread the concepts of quality, and to develop the skills of employees, through the programs of continuous development and improvement, and the activation of communication technology
- To identify the reality of quality policies in the hospital, and work to develop them, and ensure continuity, and the preparation of quality guides, and procedures for the implementation of quality programs, and distributed to all departments and sections of the hospital.
- Follow up the achievements of quality committees in the hospital, and prepare periodic reports on their activities.
- Implementation of hospital standards and continuous evaluation of standards and indicators, review and development.
- Receive periodic reports from departments and sections in the hospital, analyze them, provide feedback, and work on solutions to application problems.
- Providing technical support to hospital quality committees and proposing opportunities for improved performance.
- Develop an annual plan to follow up the application of accreditation in the hospital, study the indicators and standards related to it, and analyze the impact of its application on the quality of service provided to patients and the satisfaction of beneficiaries.
- Reducing unnecessary and wasteful services and avoiding deficiencies in the provision of essential services.
- Knowledge of medical and non-medical risks, and evaluation, and try to minimize the occurrence of preventive plans to avoid them.
- Supervise the evaluation of the level of performance of employees.
- Document and control records and documents related to quality, and how to issue, review, approve and amend documents.
- Periodic review to ensure that the documented procedures match the procedures implemented, identify cases of non-conformity, and take the necessary action to ensure that they do not recur. Our belief in providing distinguished services to the patients and reviewers.
